What should I do if I experience problems or difficulties during checkout?
Occasionally problems do occur during the checkout process. If that happens, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 859-684-1620 and we will get your order straightened out.
What forms of payment does KT Primitive Collectibles accept?
We accept the following credit & debit cards:
Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover, Pay Pal, money orders and personal checks.
If you pay by personal check, your order will not begin processing until your check clears which will be approximately 5-10 business days. All checks and money orders should be payable to Karen Taylor.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Kentucky residents will be charged 6% state sales tax. There is nothing I can do about that as I do have to pay taxes on in state sales.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Most of the items we carry will ship free! If not, shipping is calculated by the weight of your item(s). We always try to combine shipping in order to save you money. We ship through US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS, depending on the most efficient and economical method.
Canadian and international orders are welcome. Actual shipping fees will be charged. Please contact us for a price quote before ordering. Any additional fees (taxes/duties/customs fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
We ship within one to two days after receipt of order excluding week-ends and holidays.
Some of the items we sell will be shipped to you directly from the supplier. Usually items ship within 3 days but in very busy seasons this could take as long as seven days. If this is the case, we will email you immediately.
If you need to receive an item by a specific date, please let me know and we will do everything in our power to make sure that happens.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
KT Primitive Collectibles usually processes orders within 2 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and method used. USPS Priority Mail generally arrives in 2-3 business days. USPS Priority can take up to 9 business days to arrive. UPS Ground usually arrives in under 5 business days. International shipments will vary due to location and customs. We ship orders out Monday through Friday.
What is your store's return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We must be notified of any defects within these 3 days in order for you to receive a refund or exchange.
All authorized return items MUST be in their original purchase condition, which includes the original product packaging, manufacturer's container, paperwork, product cards, manuals and all accessories. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not altered or defaced in any manner.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on any package refused upon delivery or returned for not being able to be delivered.
Returns should be shipped back to us with insurance and a delivery confirmation number. We cannot refund or exchange any item that is damaged on the return trip or is lost.
Please allow 5 business days after receipt for your return to be processed and exchange or credit issued. Full purchase price of product minus the cost of shipping will be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees.

*Computer monitors may depict colors differently. Most of our images are issued by the manufacturer and were taken in a professional studio to display items as accurately as possible. We are not responsible if your monitor shows the color different than the actual image. Each product description provides additional details. If you need more information, please contact us. We are more than happy to assist.
*We cannot be held responsible in any way for any damages, loss and/or injury that may occur due to the use and/or misuse if any of the products purchased from our website.
*Candles and tarts are the sole responsibility of the user. Candles and tarts should not be left unattended or used in the presence of children and/or pets.

Do you offer gift certificates?
We offer both traditional paper gift certificates and virtual gift certificates. To purchase please click on the “Gift Certificate” button. From there you will find the gift certificates link. They are available in various amounts. Gift certificates are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and must be used in full at time of purchase to be valid.

What are your hours of operation?
Although the store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays, our office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday as well as all holidays.
Backorders & Out of Stock Items
Due to the large volume of products we carry, backorders and out of stock items do occasionally occur. In the event an item ordered is out of stock you will be notified as soon as we become aware of the issue. We will contact you asking if you would like to wait on the product, choose another product, or if you would prefer to cancel the order.
